You really made my day, reading this article about your dash buttons* hitting Europe. For a split second I thought it was April Fool’s Day (and I am not the only one, according to the article). But no, you are very serious about these funny gadgets, I suppose.
Now I have some questions: What were you thinking!? This is the lifehack of the century? Who doesn’t want to instantly order toiletpaper when one is running out of? Or press the Durex one in order to play on? (In both cases make sure you deliver in time...)
Okay, I have to admit. It is for sure daring and disruptive. And who doesn’t dare doesn’t win. You already won the companies for you. Of course they are in. Scattering around their colorful logo’s and constantly reminding the consumer of their ‘innovative’ brand, is a dream come true.
But, besides all the other question marks about pricing, delivering various products on various moments (?) and the doubt whether it really is a lifehack or not: who on earth is going to spice up his interior decor with these silly buttons by sticking them all over the place? Not me. I’m sorry. I don’t see myself happily pushing the buttons in the near future. Actually they would push mine seeing them constantly winking in the corners of my eyes and hearing them whisper ‘push me, push me’. But, like the person who didn’t believe in the computer back in the 70's , I might be wrong. Now wouldn’t that be a joke?
